How to view existing Support Requests and Questions

In order to see all the Support Requests you have raised, click on your name on the top right side and select Requests.
All the Support Requests will appear here as shown below.
On the right side, you have a drop down menu from where you can filter the requests as per their status. You can also search for a particular request by typing in the Search requests box.
