How to submit a question

Once you login to http://support.lodestar.ai/, you can see all the existing Support Requests as well as raise new Support Request. In order to raise a new Support Request for questions, click on Submit a request link in the top right.

A request form will open which will have two options.

Please select Ask a Query, this will open a form with the following fields :

• Subject : A short description of your question.

• Issue description : Your full question.

• Priority : How urgent your question is.
