# How to submit a question

Once you login to <http://support.lodestar.ai/>, you can see all the existing Support Requests as well as raise new Support Request. In order to raise a new Support Request for questions, click on **Submit a request** link in the top right.

A request form will open which will have two options.

Please select **Ask a Query**, this will open a form with the following fields :

* **Subject :** A short description of your question.&#x20;
* **Issue description :** Your full question.&#x20;
* **Priority :** How urgent your question is.&#x20;
