# How to contact Customer Success Team

Log in into the Lodestar Zendesk portal by navigating to <http://support.lodestar.ai/>.\
\
Sign In using the email and password provided by your account admin, each organization has a set of credentials provided at the time of engagement that is used to manage support requests. \
\
If you do not have access to your account credentials but have need for support send us an email at : <mark style="color:blue;"><support@lodestar.ai></mark> include your organization's name and we will get back to you within 24h.
